Generating more readers

online is hard because online users often have short attention span. Online users are easily distracted to the loads of information provided by the internet. The multiplicity of information has triggered multiple interests that made online users unfocused. With free and diverse information, online users simultaneously open and browse countless internet sites that interest them. Multi-browsing becomes a regular behavior among users, which is closely associated to multi-tasking.

Information age created information anxiety�"an alarming need to be informed and to inform.

Online users began loading (over)loads of information that consumed their time. Eventually, there is lesser time for most people nowadays. And stealing that mint of time is a challenge for multi-level marketing.

Approaches in generating targeted leads should bank on this behavior. Online marketing should not only be exciting and fun, but useful, compelling and relevant. But before them, your message should be short and concise. Otherwise, you would most probably not generate your market’s precious attention. The physical length of your blog itself would discourage online users to completely browse your site. Remember your teacher saying, “keep it short and simple”. It is highly recommended here again in generating targeted leads. Never try long and tiring messages like most political speeches unless you have a very compelling, useful and visually attractive content. Do not deliver a lecture-type blog, filled with preachy advices.

Focus on 1 or 2 concepts to have a short message. Try not to cover much despite of the loads of information. Discuss other related points in the next posts. To keep your message shorter, avoid complicated and abstract words and concepts. Use simple words, not colloquial, flowery and creative synonyms. Instead of using due to, use because. Construct simple and active sentences.

Ensure to fill-in human element in your message. Tell a story�"a real one�"to be compelling and relevant. It is through stories that people start to relate and participate in discussions.

Most importantly, know your market. Write in their perspectives. Focus on them, not on yourself. It is through this take that your message becomes useful and relevant. Use multiple formats to also generate multi-level markets. Use attractive visuals because a short relevant and useful message sometimes do not catch attention without them.
